NOTE: Please make sure your travel department has your arrival flight scheduled before 3 p.m. on August 11th at the Rapid City, S.D. and departure flights after noon on August 19th.

Participants should fax or email Tara at Sacred Circle a copy of their itinerary to make pick-up and drop-off arrangements at the Rapid City Airport for those who choose to fly in.
